The T-shirt is of good quality. I wear ‘M’, ‘L’ fits well. Choose a size larger. Do not rely on the sleeve length for sizing; they are longer than standard – new fashion. Very long hem, nicely covers hips and back at a tilt. I bought it for the gym, but it’s a good indicator for outdoor use. There is a small pocket on the zipper insulated from the back (sweat) with fleece.
